The Gift of Reciprocity
Reciprocity supports your healing and well-being, so I invite you to give back in whatever way feels right. Your gift is any act of kindness or generosity that you dedicate to my practice.
“I dedicate “___” to Christina, her loved ones, and her healing practice. May all those in need of healing be blessed and inspired.”
There is no minimum requirement. A small act offered with sincerity is enough. Here are some ideas to make your own.
Perform an act of loving kindness
Work out, meditate, journal, or take the first step on something you’ve been putting off
Pay for the coffee or meal for the next person in line
Create art or share a joyful experience with someone
Spend time with someone who might be lonely
Tell a stranger something you admire about them and thank them for being who they are

Why reciprocity matters
In Modern Pranic Healing, founded by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, reciprocity rests on two spiritual principles: energy exchange and the law of karma.
Energy exchange. Healing is a two-way flow. A healer gives time, attention, and prana during a session. An offering in return, whether money or a meaningful act, completes the energetic circuit and helps the healing settle and hold.
The law of karma. Master Choa Kok Sui taught that life moves in cycles. You exhale before you inhale, and you give in order to receive. Giving back keeps that cycle in balance and plants seeds for your own future health and abundance.

“The universe is a vast system of exchange. Every artery of it is in motion, throbbing with reciprocity, from the planet to the rotting leaf.”
