We Are AI’s Algorithm: Guiding Each Other from the Inside Out

One of my goals this sabbatical is to create more emotional ease in my life. One of the ways I use AI is to explore things that have more friction than I want.  Stemming from a somewhat mundane topic, the conversation with AI ended up being extraordinarily deep into what it means to have consciousness, aspects of our reality and the opportunities we have to co-create a world in which our center is in service to others vs. self.
